1. I am not sure if you are able to be of assistance on my event. Any suggestions?
The Event Management eBook will be of assistance for you regardless of your event, as long as you are planning to run it on a shoestring. Coupled with the eBook, the email support will enable you to clarify any queries you might have on the guide or during your planning process.
If you are unsure though and would like to double check what add-on will be of most benefit to your event you are more than welcome to contact us with your queries.
2. How much does the eBook and Add-Ons cost?

3. Why are there two levels of Add-Ons?
The main difference between the basic and the advanced Add-Ons is the amount of time and resources it would take to actually carry out the tasks described. The advanced Add-Ons are more labour intensive.
4. Would I be able to purchase the eBook now and Add-Ons later on?
Yes. If you would like to buy the eBook, have a read through the information and then establish whether you need to purchase any Add-Ons that is fine too. When you are ready to purchase the Add-Ons, all you need to do is head for the buy now tab on the website, fill in your details, untick the eBook option and mark out the Add-Ons you would like. If you have any questions on this please feel free to give us a call to discuss further.
5. What type of support can I expect with the email support Add-On?
With the email support you will need to specify an event you would like help on i.e. let us know the name, dates, type etc. Once we have that we will be able to answer any questions you might have in relation to the eBook content, tailoring making some of the processes to your event and event planning. The only thing we will not be able to do is actually carry out any event management tasks e.g. we can give you ideas of where to look for potential venues from but we will not be able to actually source quotes and book the venue itself. For that you would need to purchase the related Add-On.
6. What happens if i need help with two different events?
Just drop us a mail or give us a call to explain what you need help with and what the two events are. We welcome the opportunity to put together a good package to satisfy your requirements – on a shoestring budget of course!
7. Can you work on events in any state or outside of Australia?
In short, yes. This product is for anyone who would like to run a low cost meeting or event. We have experience of working on events in various corners of the world especially Europe, North America, Asia and Australia.
The eBook and email support is designed to be purchased and utilised wherever you might be. Most of the Add-Ons are also designed to be available anywhere, however if you are concerned then please do contact us with your queries.

All our payment go through PayPal which means you can use your Visa or Mastercard as well as your PayPal Account.
